crisis management or disaster recovery knowledge or experience.

definitions and requirements of both the FDA and USDA for a
crisis, including practical knowledge on various other types of
crisis’s which could impact your business organization.
Lastly, it covers the most likely legal implications from
any type of food related crisis.
Additionally, now most crisis’s have legal repercussions, both
civil and criminal, that will be discussed, and questions
answered.
Learn how to handle the regulators, and the questions to ask to
ascertain the regulators position for key areas.
This is a one day seminar, that starts at 8:00 a.m. and
concludes at 5:30 p.m.
